When booking, you can choose between options for a gastronomic tour of Lima. Both include tastings and an English-speaking guide. Below are the details of each tour:

Tour of the historic centre of Lima

In the morning, we will meet in the district of Miraflores next to the Cafeteria Terrua to begin the food tour. We will discuss the role of coffee in Peruvian society, followed by a coffee tasting. Next, we will take the metro to the historic centre of Lima, starting with the Central Market and Chinatown. Here, we will enjoy tastings of small recipes that blend Chinese and Peruvian cuisine, along with traditional desserts and "chicha morada."

We will visit iconic sites in the historic centre such as the Palacio de Congresos and the San Francisco Church, concluding at the Taberna Cordano for Peruvian churros and stuffed potatoes with Pisco Sour. Finally, we will return you to the Miraflores neighbourhood.

Miraflores & Surquillo Tour

We will meet in the morning at the Cafeteria Terrua in Miraflores, starting with a coffee tasting. Next, we will go to the Surquillo Market for tastings of Peruvian fruits like lucuma and then to a local pastry shop for dessert tastings.

Afterwards, we will visit La Preferida, a popular spot for Peruvian ceviche, with tapas and a typical Peruvian drink. The tour will end at a local café for a churro tasting.
