Yala National Park Safari

At the designated time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Mirissa and travel by bus to Yala National Park.

Upon arrival, we will swap vehicles to embark on a safari in 4x4 through Yala National Park. This protected area spans over 97,000 hectares (239,692 acres) and is home to one of the most numerous colonies of leopards in the world.

After observing the leopards, we will pause at a picnic area for breakfast. The safari will continue to the Yala Asian elephant colony, where entire herds are visible.

Additionally, we will spot more than 100 species of birds and have opportunities to see crocodiles, bears, wild boars, and various other wildlife in this biodiverse ecosystem. Lunch will be scheduled during the tour, so bring your picnic basket.

At the conclusion of the 4x4 safari, we will return to the park entrance, board the bus, and head back to Mirissa. After an exhilarating 11 to 13 hours of safari, we will drop you off at your hotel.
