Description

At the indicated time, we'll leave from 44 W 200 N, Moab, and head towards the Medieval Chamber. This descent is an absolute classic place to go abseiling in Moab. We'll travel to Sand Flats, where we'll start a walk around the rocky canyon area, which precedes the two descents we'll make into the canyon.

The first descent will be at Medieval Chamber, allowing observation of the layers of sandstone. Then, we'll abseil down Morning Glory, one of the longest natural land bridges in the USA.

Once in the heart of the canyon, we'll walk through Grandstaff Canyon towards the Colorado River, a rewarding experience after our efforts.

We'll return to the meeting point between 4 and 5 hours after pickup.
