Day 1: Theory and practice in confined waters

On the first day, participants will meet at the dive centre in Moalboal for theoretical lessons essential for safe scuba diving. A test is required after the lesson to proceed. The practical session will take place in a pool where participants will practice scuba diving in confined waters. Training includes equipment setup, buoyancy control, and equipment removal underwater. An additional day can be arranged for further practice if necessary.

Days 2 & 3: Open water practice

The final segment of the course involves open water practice. Participants will engage in four open water dives over these two days, applying their skills amidst the reefs and diverse marine life of the Philippines. Completion of the course results in the PADI Open Water Diver certificate.

Important Information

Post-dive, there is a required waiting period of at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or traveling to high-altitude areas.
