Balsamic Vinegar Factory Visit

On this visit to a balsamic vinegar factory, we'll discover how one of Modena's main products is made. Of course, we'll also taste some!

Tour Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Modena and drive to the outskirts of the city in the Emilia-Romagna region.

After a short drive, we'll arrive at Acetaia dei Bago, a producer of DOP Modena traditional balsamic vinegar for generations.

During the tour, we'll visit the rooms where the black gold of Modena is preserved in barrels. We'll also take a walk through the vineyards, learning about the cultivation of the Trebbiano Modenese grape, essential for balsamic vinegar production.

After visiting the winery and vineyards, we'll enjoy a tasting of DOP Modena vinegar, accompanied by Parmesan cheese and other products.

At the end of the tasting, we'll return you to Modena, arriving at your hotel between 1 and 1.5 hours after pickup.
