Azulejos de Veneguera Hiking Tour

We'll meet at 10 am in the parking lot of the Azulejos de Veneguera, a 15-minute drive from the center of Mogán. From here, we'll embark on an 8.5-kilometer hiking route through the mountains of western Gran Canaria.

As we walk through this semi-desert landscape, we'll admire the vivid greens and reds of the Azulejos de Veneguera. Our guide will explain how this natural monument formed after the eruptions of the Tejeda volcano.

During the route, we'll explore the various ravines and streams in this area of Gran Canaria. You will have opportunities to photograph the landscape and observe local flora and fauna, including Canary Island pines and a succulent plant known as verodes.

At 3 pm, we'll return to the starting point, concluding the tour.
