Azulejos de Veneguera Hiking Tour

We'll meet at 10 am in the parking lot of the Azulejos de Veneguera, a 15-minute drive from the center of Mogán. From here, we'll embark on an 8.5-kilometer hiking route through the mountains of western Gran Canaria.

As we walk through this semi-desert landscape, we'll admire the vivid greens and reds of the Azulejos de Veneguera. Our guide will explain the formation of this natural monument following the eruptions of the Tejeda volcano.

During the hike, we'll also explore the ravines and streams in the area. Expect opportunities to photograph the beautiful landscape and local flora and fauna, including native species like the Canary Island pines and the succulent plant known as verodes.

At 3 pm, we'll return to the starting point and conclude the tour.
