6-Day Safari in Kenya
Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo West
Your adventure begins with a prompt pickup from your Mombasa hotel, followed by a drive to Tsavo West National Park. Prepare to embrace the raw beauty of the African wilderness as we embark on our safari journey!
As we traverse the park, you'll quickly discover the unique aspects that define Tsavo West. Upon arrival at the lodge, a delightful lunch awaits, after which we will visit a rhino sanctuary to observe the iconic black rhinos and other intriguing fauna.
After a day of exploration, we will return to the lodge for dinner and a restful evening.
Day 2: Tsavo West - Amboseli
Following breakfast, our adventure in Tsavo West National Park continues as we head towards Mzima Springs, a vibrant habitat teeming with hippos, crocodiles, and fish nestled in sparkling waters.
As we navigate through the lush wooded sections of Tsavo West, we will make our way to Amboseli National Park, where you can take a moment to refresh. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the breathtaking view of the legendary Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak.
We'll conclude the day with a relaxing night at our lodge in Amboseli.
Day 3: Amboseli
After enjoying breakfast, we will dedicate the day to exploring Amboseli National Park. Look out for the majestic elephants, flamingos, and various bird species near Amboseli Lake, as well as giraffes, leopards, lions, and buffaloes. This day promises to be truly memorable!
This park is celebrated for being one of the most visually stunning wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya, so be ready to capture the magic with your cameras and soak in the beauty of this remarkable part of Africa.
Lunch will be enjoyed within the park, before we return to our accommodation to unwind.
Day 4: Amboseli - Tsavo East
After breakfast, we will set forth to Tsavo East National Park, one of the oldest wildlife reserves in Kenya. En route, keep your eyes sharp for the animals that roam this area, including elephants, buffalo, cheetahs, and wildebeest.
As we venture deeper into Tsavo East, we'll likely encounter the regal lions, as this region hosts some of their most expansive territories.
We will return to the hotel for a restful night after an exciting day.
Day 5: Tsavo East
Following breakfast, we will delve deeper into Tsavo East National Park. Despite housing the Athi-Galana River, one of Kenya's longest rivers, this area is known for its flat and arid landscapes.
During our explorations, we will search for the diverse wildlife that inhabits its vast expanse of over 9000 square kilometers (more than 2 million acres), seeking out giraffes, wild boars, hyenas, and hippos.
In the evening, we will return to the hotel for our final night immersed in nature.
Day 6: Tsavo East - Mombasa
After breakfast at the lodge, we will gather our belongings and prepare to bid farewell to the captivating African savannah as we journey back to Mombasa. We will drop you off at your hotel, marking the conclusion of this safari adventure. Until next time!
