After meeting at 4 pm at your hotel in Mompox, we'll walk to the river dock of this town in the Colombian department of Bolivar.

Once at the pier, we'll go on a private boat ride on the Mompox arm of the Magdalena River. We will admire the scenery just as the sun begins to set, illuminating the riverside area.

While enjoying the sunset and a snack on board, you'll have opportunities to photograph the sunset. Sunset is an optimal time to listen to the sounds of the birds.

During the river crossing, we'll discuss curiosities about the Mompox branch, known for its variety of animals and native riparian plants.

We will conclude the boat trip by returning to the departure pier and walking back to your hotel in Mompox, arriving at 6:45 pm.
