On this guided tour around Monaco, we will explore the luxury, history, and key monuments of this small city-state on the French Riviera.
Description
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Place d'Armes to commence our guided tour of Monaco, highlighting the major attractions in the historic centre of the Principality. The tour begins with the Rock of Monaco, where we will visit notable sites including the Grimaldi Palace and the Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate. We will also view the exterior of the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco.
Next, we will proceed to the harbour, where we will board a solar-powered electric boat. After a short sail, we will arrive at the Montecarlo Museum area. We will disembark and walk around this significant building, designed by architect Charles Garnier, who also designed the Opera House in Paris.
The walking tour of Monaco will conclude after 3.5 hours at the area surrounding the cathedral.
