Before baking, our expert pastry chef Elena will guide you through the different stages of cake preparation. Assistance will be provided throughout the process.

We'll start by mixing flour, toasted hazelnuts, sugar, and butter, followed by baking our cake. Anticipate enjoying your delicious creation!

During the baking process, you will also participate in a tasting of the region's typical products on a balcony with a panoramic view.
