Padule di Fucecchio Nature Reserve Horseback Riding

We'll meet at Agriturismo Il Bottaccino to commence our horseback ride through the Padule di Fucecchio Natural Reserve.

Before mounting, we'll have a 30-minute introduction to horseriding from our guides, who will cover the proper horseback riding manoeuvres to ensure safety. Afterward, we'll gear up and begin our ride.

Starting at a slow trot, we'll explore the picturesque landscape of the Padule di Fucecchio Natural Reserve, known for being home to Italy's largest freshwater marsh basin.

Our route will take us through the protected area, which features a rich landscape heritage and hosts over 200 bird species. Historical ties to the Medici and Lorena families will also be discussed during the ride.

After 1.5 hours, we'll return to the starting point and conclude our experience with our equine companions.
