Welcome to Castello Tricerchi! At the time of your choice, we'll head to this medieval mansion located 10 km from Montalcino. Accompanied by the guide, we'll walk through the surrounding vineyards and then enter the building for a tasting of the best Tuscan wines.

Inside, we'll discover the origins of this 15th-century building, which belonged to a powerful family in Siena. While learning about its history, we'll visit the barrel room to uncover the secrets of the wine produced here.

We'll discuss the methods and techniques of Montalcino wine production and learn to distinguish grape varieties, such as Sangiovese, a prominent grape in this region.

Next, we'll move to the tasting room for a sample of 3 different wines, including the renowned Brunello di Montalcino. Following the sommelier's instructions, we'll explore the nuances of each glass, paired with ciaccino, a focaccia typical of Siena.

After a 1.5-hour visit, we'll conclude the activity with a goodbye outside the winery.
