Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve

The Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is notable as it exists within a constant cloud cover, located at a high humidity level of 1,600 metres (5,250 feet) above sea level. During the walk, a guide will provide insights on the fauna and flora of this ecosystem, recognized for its biodiversity. Sightings may include monkeys, coaties, hummingbirds, and possibly the quetzal. The route includes approximately 9 hikes, with La Ventana viewpoint being one of the highlights, offering views of both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve

This option explores the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve, located on the Tilarán mountain range, encompassing more than 300 hectares (741 acres) of cloud forest. Here, we will observe numerous species of plants and animals, such as spider monkeys and sloths.
