At 10 am, we'll meet at Piazza Grande in Montepulciano to board a minibus to the Tuscan town of Chianciano, located 20 minutes away.

Upon arrival, we'll visit the Archaeological Museum of Chianciano Terme, exploring the origins of the Etruscan civilisation. The guide will provide insights into their main beliefs and the role of women in this culture.

You will see amphorae from the 5th century BC, a recreation of an ancient farm and a tomb, bronze plates, weapons, and more.

Next, we will proceed to the Civic and Archaeological Museum of Sarteano in Palazzo Gabrielli, showcasing various Etruscan artifacts, including ceramics, luxury objects, and funeral urns with human shapes.

The final stop will be in Chiusi, where we'll explore underground galleries that contain a significant section of funerary epigraphy in Italy. The guide will explain the process of how these inscriptions were carved in stone.

The tour concludes at the starting point at 2 pm.
