At 10 am, we'll meet at Piazza Grande in Montepulciano to board a minibus to the Tuscan town of Chianciano, located 20 minutes away.

Upon arrival, we'll visit the Archaeological Museum of Chianciano Terme to explore the origins of the Etruscan civilization. The guide will discuss major beliefs and the role of women in this culture.

We'll see 5th-century BC amphorae, a recreation of an ancient farm and tomb, bronze plates, weapons, and more artifacts.

Next, we will proceed to the Civic and Archaeological Museum of Sarteano, housed in the Palazzo Gabrielli, to view various Etruscan pieces including ceramics and funeral urns.

The final stop will be in the city of Chiusi, where we will explore underground galleries containing Italy's most extensive funerary epigraphy. The guide will explain how these stone inscriptions were made.

The tour concludes back at the starting point at 2 pm.
