Buenos Aires Transport: Bus + Ferry

Your adventure to Buenos Aires begins at the Tres Cruces station, where you'll board a bus at your chosen time to Colonia del Sacramento.

After a 3-hour drive, you'll arrive at the dock of Colonia del Sacramento in western Uruguay. You will then board the ferry to Buenos Aires, which has a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Upon arrival at Puerto Madero, you can explore the city at your leisure.

You have the option to stay in Buenos Aires or book a return ticket to Montevideo. This includes traveling by ferry back to Colonia del Sacramento and then taking the bus back to Montevideo.

You can return to Uruguay the same day or up to 90 days after your outbound journey.
