You will be picked up from your accommodation at Camino de Los Molinos at the scheduled time to begin your tour of the iconic Familia Dardanelli winery, merging Italian and Uruguayan traditions.

During the tour, you will explore the oldest areas of the winery and learn about Constante Dardanelli, the Italian immigrant who established the winery in 1949.

Your exploration will include insights into the wine-making process, where expert winemakers will demonstrate how grapes are transformed into premium wine. Their four generations of experience will enhance your understanding.

The experience will include a wine tasting of four Dardanelli wines: a Gran Reserva, a younger wine, a Sauvignon Blanc, and the popular Uruguayan wine, Tannat.

At the end of your visit, you will conclude the experience at the entrance of the Familia Dardanelli winery.

Tour + pickup

If chosen at booking, you will be picked up at your hotel in Montevideo one hour before the tour begins. This option includes wine selection for tasting and empanadas. After the activity, return transport to your accommodation will be provided.
