After collecting you from your hotel in Montevideo at the scheduled time, we'll begin our journey towards the region of Canelones, a main wine-producing area in Uruguay. Our guided tour of the Juanicó Winery starts with a welcome from the oenologist, where we'll explore the art of Uruguayan winemaking.

We'll walk through the Juanicó vineyards and learn about the history of this family winery, along with details on the cellar, the grape harvest, and vinification processes.

The highlight is the tasting of 4 wines, conducted in 3 phases: starting with young wines and proceeding to more mature and stronger wines. These wines will be paired with cheese, cold meats, olives, and paté.

We'll conclude this activity back at the hotels in Montevideo after a total of 3 hours together.
