Bike Tour of Montevideo

The guided bicycle route begins on Calle Pérez Castellano in the Old City. The first stop is Plaza Zabala, featuring architecture inspired by the Belle Époque aimed at likening Montevideo to European cities. Next, we visit the nearby Plaza de la Constitución square, home to the Metropolitan Cathedral.

Continuing through the streets surrounding the cathedral, we reach Plaza de la Independencia. Here, we learn about the Gateway of the Citadel, Salvo Palace, and other significant monuments in this square.

Next, we head towards the Teatro Solís and then to the Rambla Sur, where you will see notable sights like the 'English Temple' Cathedral, Mercosur headquarters, and the Punta Brava Lighthouse. The tour concludes with a return to the starting point.
