Activity Details

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Montevideo at the designated time and set off to explore the vineyards on the outskirts of Uruguay's capital.

Our journey will take us through the Canelones wine region, focusing on the cultivation of the renowned Tannat grape. Along the way, we'll stop at various vineyards to observe the vines and gain insights into the cultivation process.

Next, we'll visit a winery dating back to the early 20th century, subject to availability and season. Here, you'll discover local wines, which you'll have the chance to sample.

Our winery tour will conclude with a tasting featuring cheese, cured ham, and empanadas to complement the wines.

After lunch, we'll begin our return journey to Montevideo, with arrival at your hotel scheduled for 5.5 hours after pickup.
