Punta del Este Day Trip

At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel in Montevideo, and then we will head east for the excursion to Punta del Este, traveling along the Costa de Oro coastline.

Our first stop will be Punta Ballena to visit the renowned Casapueblo citadel, built by sculptor Carlos Páez Vilaró starting in 1958, now a 13-floor mansion that functions as a museum, art gallery, and hotel.

Next, we will explore Punta del Este, known as the "Monaco of the South," where you can see the impressive mansions in neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills, El Golf, Cantegril, and San Rafael.

We will continue to the Undulating Bridge, leading to Playa Brava and Playa Mansa, where the iconic sculpture "The Hand" of Punta del Este can be seen. A photo opportunity awaits.

Finally, we will stop in the city center for 2.5 hours of free time for lunch and shopping at the handicrafts market before returning to Montevideo after 10-11 hours of touring.
