On this wine and oyster tour, you'll visit the Étang de Thau lagoon oyster farm and taste fresh oysters followed by a winery tour and tasting.

Montpellier Wine + Oyster Tasting Tour

We'll meet at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier at 10 am and head south towards the Étang de Thau, which specializes in oyster farming.

Upon arrival at the Étang de Thau, we will visit an oyster farm to learn about the cultivation and harvesting of oysters. You will also enjoy the scenery of the Bouzigues lagoon.

Following the farm visit, we'll have a tasting of freshly caught oysters. Next, we will proceed to a wine estate on the outskirts of Montpellier for a glass of wine.

At the wine estate, we will explore the cellar and learn about the Languedoc region's wine-making process. A tasting of the estate’s whites, reds, and rosés will follow.

After this wine and oyster tour, we will return to the starting point in Montpellier and conclude the tour at 1:30 pm.
