The Montpellier Wine + Oyster Tasting Tour begins at 10 am at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier. We will head south towards the Étang de Thau, known for its oyster farming.
At the Étang de Thau, we will visit an oyster farm to learn about the cultivation and harvesting process. Afterward, we will enjoy a tasting of freshly caught oysters. Next, we will visit a wine estate on the outskirts of Montpellier to learn about the wine-making process in the Languedoc region and indulge in a tasting of their whites, reds, and rosés.
After satisfying our palates with this delightful tour, we will return to Montpellier by 1:30 pm.
