Escape Montpellier for a day on this tour of rural farms in Languedoc, where you'll taste the excellent wines and olive oils produced in the south of France.

Oil & Wine Tasting in Languedoc

On the day of the tour, we'll meet at 9:30 am at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier. Then, we will head to rural Languedoc to taste fine products from this area.

Our first stop will be a traditional vineyard, where we'll learn about the stages of wine production, followed by a tasting of Languedoc wines at the winery.

We will then visit a family-owned olive estate, surrounded by a 16th-century mill, to learn how the family produces their olive oil, a key ingredient in local cuisine.

After visiting the farm, we'll taste various local products including olive oil, olives, vinegars, and a liqueur called farigoule. Enjoying the flavours of the south of France will be a memorable experience.

Finally, at 12:30 pm, we'll return to the starting point in Montpellier.
