Pic Saint-Loup Excursion + Wine Tasting

At 9:30 am, we'll leave from the Esplanade de l'Europe square in Montpellier and head towards Pic Saint-Loup, a notable mountain in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France.

We'll walk through the surroundings of this peak, taking in the natural landscapes with botanical and geological diversity. You'll learn about the area's main flora, fauna, and geology, and see the neighboring Hortus Causse mountains.

The tour will also include a visit to the area's vineries, where we'll explore the various types of grapes grown in this Occitan region, one of the main wine-growing areas of Languedoc!

Our last stop will be at a local winery, for a tasting of Languedoc wines, including various Grand Crus, the most select varieties. You'll gain valuable wine knowledge during this experience.

With the taste of wine on our palates, we'll return to Montpellier, arriving back at the departure point around 5:30 pm.
