Beginning at 9:30 am, we will depart from the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier and make our way to Pic Saint-Loup, a prominent mountain located in the Languedoc-Roussillon area of southern France.

During our hike, you will traverse the picturesque surroundings of this iconic peak, admiring the remarkable natural landscapes characterized by a wealth of botanical and geological variety. Learn about the diverse local flora, fauna, and minerals, while also enjoying views of the nearby Hortus Causse mountains.

The itinerary will lead us through extensive vineyards, where you will discover the various grape species cultivated in this Occitan region. This area is renowned as one of the key wine-producing regions in Languedoc!

Our final stop will be at a local winery, where you can indulge in a wine tasting experience featuring Languedoc selections. Challenge your palate with a variety of Grand Crus, the finest and most exclusive offerings. You'll quickly become knowledgeable about the local vintages!

As the delightful flavors of wine linger, we will head back to Montpellier, arriving at the departure point around 5:30 pm.
