On this guided tour of the Underground City of Montreal, you'll discover the most important sections of the largest underground complex in the world, along with top sites in the Downtown area.

Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we will meet at 800 Boul. René-Lévesque O. From there, we'll explore the Underground City of Montreal during this guided tour.

Known as the RÉSO, this network is the largest underground pedestrian network, extending 32 kilometers (19.8 miles). For 2 hours, we will tour areas where Montrealers avoid extreme weather, alongside outdoor parts of the Downtown area to view points of interest.

The labyrinths of tunnels and passageways connect shopping centers, universities, and hotels with the exterior of the city. Additionally, we will discover hidden treasures, including a piece of the Berlin Wall and an authentic Parisian metro entrance.

At the conclusion of the tour, we will part ways in the Quartier des Spectacles area, close to the Place-des-Arts metro station.
