Learn about the production process of one of Spain's best wines with a guided tour of the Pagos del Rey Wine Museum in Morales de Toro. You'll have the opportunity to taste some wine during the visit.

Pagos Rey Wine Museum

We'll meet at the entrance to the Pagos del Rey Wine Museum to begin our guided tour of this old winery, now used for educational purposes. The tour lasts around 3 hours and covers various aspects of wine production, including cultivation, fermentation, and ageing.

The building, constructed in 1964, retains its original characteristics, featuring a traditional roofing system and original wine barrels. Visitors can experience different exhibits, including audiovisual materials and digital screens, enhancing the interactive learning environment. A highlight of the museum is the ageing room, showcasing over two thousand French and American oak barrels.

The tour also includes a visit to the 2,000 square metre garden, where plants used in wine production are cultivated. Participants will have a moment to taste a glass of wine paired with a tapa during the guided experience.
