Located on the outskirts of San Miguel del Morro, the Dos Hemisferios Winery is a significant center for wine tourism in southern Ecuador. The guided tour starts at the main entrance to the winery at the scheduled time.
The tour begins with a visit to the winery's vineyards to explore the different grape varieties grown in this region. Participants will learn about the company's history and the phases involved in the wine-making process. The combination of tradition and modernity is highlighted in the production of wines.
The tour continues inside the winery, where visitors will see the barrels used for aging wines and learn about the types of wood utilized for different varieties.
The experience concludes with a tasting of 4 Ecuadorian wines: Bruma Sauvignon, Enigma, Travesía Cabernet Sauvignon, and Paradoja, paired with local aperitifs, all within a total duration of 3 hours.
