Portes du Soleil is one of the largest ski areas in the world, located on the border between France and Switzerland, un paradise for skiers, offering an incomparable experience thanks to its impressive alpine landscape and its extensive facilities.

In the French parte of Portes du Soleil, you will find a variety of charming mountain villages such as Morzine, Avoriaz, Châtel and Les Gets.

Portes du Soleil has more than 650 kilometers of connected tracks, suitable for all levels, from beginner to experts. Avoriaz, one of the highest complexes, is known for its impressive architecture and for being completely ski-in/ski-out, which means that you can go out and return to the accommodation by skiing directly.

The connection between the different resorts of Portes du Soleil allows skiers to explore different types of terrain and enjoy the landscape diversity between France and Switzerland. With a unique ski ticket, it is possible to slide between these two countries, which adds a unique cultural dimension to the experience.

FORFAIT PORTES DU SOLEIL - Important:

• the ski passes should be picked up in the ticket offices, delivering the Superski voucher.

These vouchers MUST BE PRINTED on paper (downloading them on your phone is not acceptable).

The ski passes must be for CONSECUTIVE DAYS.

INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the ski pass.

All Forfaits are delivered in "free hands" card format, the amount of these support/card is included in the price (RECARGABLE and NOT REEMBOLSABLE).
To facilitate the passage in the control terminals, the card/support must be taken to the left and preferably away from the mobile, keys...
Any card bent, pierced, broken or unused by the customer will not be replaced.

The forfait is personal and intransferable, it will not be paid in case of loss or any refund will be admitted once delivered.

IMPORTANT: You must keep both the forfaits and the proof of purchase.

Children up to 4 years included, forfaits are free and must be collected directly at the station's taqullas, presenting supporters of the original age (do not serve photocopies) and a photo. And it will take into account the age of the opening day of the forfait. Once the forfait has been acquired, no discount will be made.

• No amount is returned if the forfait is not used for reasons other than the station.
• The issue of duplicates of forfaits in case of loss or theft is possible, only if the skier can provide the receipt with the WTP number of the pass or a photo of the lost or stolen pass. Any forfait reported as lost or stolen by the User to the Operator will be disabled by this and will no longer allow access to the ski area.
• If a forfait is not used or completely exhausted, it will not be reimbursed or changed, regardless of the cause (illness, including COVID, accident or any other personal cause of the client) or its validity period.
• Partial disruptions of service due to storms do not give the right to compensation. Just a complete interruption of the service that lasts several hours the right to compensation (consult)
