At your chosen time, we'll start the tour at your hotel or from a central location in Bern. During this private walking tour, we'll discover the history of the Swiss capital and see some of its most iconic monuments.

As this is a private tour, you'll get to decide the route you'd like to follow. We'll stroll around the historic centre of the city and stop at the places that interest you for more detailed discussions.

We'll visit the Old City, a UNESCO Cultural World Heritage Site known for its well-preserved medieval streets and layout. In the Old City, we'll see Bern Minster, which took over 400 years to build, the medieval Zytglogge clock tower, and the numerous fountains on Spitalgasse and Kramgasse streets. You can also see the Federal Palace of Switzerland and the house where Albert Einstein lived in the early 20th century.

Another highlight is the Bärenpark. Across the River Aare lies a green space that is home to several brown bears. We'll discuss how these animals have become a symbol of Bern and their connection to the city's name.
