Ciervo Via Ferrata Activity

Explore the Sierra Espuña mountain range with our Ciervo Ravine via ferrata activity, designed to provide an adrenaline-pumping experience.

Description

At 9 am, we will meet on Calle Escuelas in Casas Nuevas. Participants will then follow the guide to the Siula hostel's car park.

After equipping ourselves, we will walk to the end of the El Ciervo ravine to commence the via ferrata activity. This includes a diagonal upward climb using hand and foot holds, followed by a vertical ascent of 26 feet (8 metres) with a slight lateral shift. We will then traverse horizontally to the next vertical section.

Upon completing this section, we will encounter a 131-foot (40-metre) zipline. Following this, we will proceed along the Ciervo Ravine Via Ferrata to another zipline situated at an altitude of 131 feet.

Finally, we will abseil down from nearly 100 feet (30 metres) to return to the starting point of the via ferrata, followed by a walk back to our parked vehicles to conclude the activity.
