This winery is located in the Sierra de Alcaraz and Campos de Montiel, reflecting Manchegan essence in its gastronomic delicacies. During the visit, we will uncover the secrets of wine, cheese, olive oil, cava, and saffron.

We will explore the winery's facilities, learning about the wines from Albacete. The tour includes a visit to the production room and the barrel room, where tradition and innovation create these products.

Next, we will visit the Aldonza Gourmet oil mill to discover the process of producing extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the tour, you will receive a gift from the winery to remember your visit.
