Join us at the Aldonza Gourmet Winery to explore the gastronomic secrets of Castilla-La Mancha, where we will meet at the winery's entrance to learn about the typical products of Don Quijote's land.

The tour takes place in the Sierra de Alcaraz and Campos de Montiel. During the visit, we will uncover the secrets of wine, cheese, olive oil, cava, and saffron.

We will start by exploring the winery's facilities, learning about wines from Albacete. This includes a visit to the production room and barrel room, showcasing the blend of tradition and innovation.

Then, we will visit the Aldonza Gourmet oil mill to understand the elaboration process of extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the tour, you will receive a gift from the winery to commemorate your visit.
