Thanks to the Munich sightseeing bus, Big Bus, you'll have a unique perspective of the city with two routes and various stops at key attractions. Major sights include Marienplatz, Stachus, Nymphenburg Palace, and Olympiapark. This double-decker convertible allows you to tour at your own pace, hopping on and off at any stop as many times as you like, while enjoying recorded commentaries in English.

Green Line: passes significant sites such as Karlsplatz, Odeonsplatz, Eisbach River, Deutsches Museum, Marienplatz, and Max-Joseph-Platz.Orange Line: starts at Karlsplatz and stops at Nymphenburg Palace, Olympiapark/BMW Welt & Museum, and Schwabing.

Options

You can choose from the following options:

24-hour ticket: includes unlimited access to the Big Bus Green Line for 24 hours.Full 24-hour ticket: includes both lines, green and orange, with unlimited use for 24 hours.Full 48-hour ticket: includes unlimited use for 48 hours on both routes.

How does it work?

The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the first use. You can hop on and off the buses to discover Munich's main sights. A start date is requested when booking, but you can use the service within 6 months following the indicated date. A voucher will be sent via email to present on your first bus.

Schedule and Frequencies

Green line

Times: daily from 10 am to 5 pm.Frequency: every 30 minutes.Total duration of the route: about 1 hour.

Orange line

Times: daily from 10 am to 4 pm. The last full route is at 4 pm.Frequency: approximately every 30 minutes.Total duration of the route: about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
