Welcome to Cuvilliés Theatre, one of the most important theatres in Europe. Here, Mozart conducted the premiere of his opera Idomeneo, and in 1806, Napoleon attended a performance of Don Giovanni.
The orchestra, featuring soloists from the Munich Philharmonic and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, performs classical masterpieces by Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, among others. The program varies by day, with examples of pieces including The Blue Danube, The Force of Destiny, and the flute concerto The Storm at Sea.
The concert lasts 1 hour 40 minutes and includes a 15-minute interval.
Seating Types
There are two types of tickets, A and B, with the furthest tickets from the stage being the most affordable. Booking in advance is recommended for the best seats.
