Neuschwanstein Castle Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Sonnenstraße 1 in Munich and depart for the south of Bavaria on a comfortable bus. During the two-hour journey, an English-speaking guide will share insights about the region.

Our first stop will be at Schloss Linderhof, the smallest castle of the Bavarian King. Here, you can choose to enjoy a guided tour, take a stroll through the grounds, or relax with tea or coffee.

Next, we'll continue to Hohenschwangau, where you'll have time to eat at a restaurant and visit Neuschwanstein Castle. You'll also see the nearby Hohenschwangau Castle, the childhood home of Ludwig II of Bavaria. We'll learn about this historic figure, known as the Mad King, while admiring the castle.

You will have the option to enter Neuschwanstein Castle to view its interior. Tickets are not included but can be purchased from your guide in cash on the day of the tour (33 EUR for adults, 5 EUR for children under 18). The castle is a short uphill walk from the car park, or you may opt for a horse-drawn carriage or bus.

After 10.5 hours of exploring German history and architecture, we'll return to Munich to conclude the tour.

Tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle are not included in the price of the excursion (33 EUR for adults and 5 EUR for children under 18). Tickets can be purchased directly from your guide in cash. If you prefer not to visit the interior, you'll have free time to explore the surroundings.
