Kekova + Demre Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in Antalya at the scheduled time. Next, we’ll travel to the port of Demre to board a traditional Turkish boat to sail to the island of Kekova.

The tour includes sailing through the Mediterranean waters to witness the remains of the ancient submerged city of Simena. You will have the opportunity to learn about the legends associated with this area as we disembark for a closer view of the island. A stop at Burc Bay will allow for swimming in the sea.

On returning to the mainland from the town of Demre, we will visit the ancient city of Mira, where you can explore the amphitheatre and rock-cut tombs.

For lunch, a traditional Turkish dish will be provided. Afterward, we will continue to the church of St. Nicholas, where you can discover its connection to Father Christmas. You can explore the church at your leisure if desired.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel in Antalya, completing the tour approximately 10 hours after pickup.
