Kekova + Demre Tour

Pickup from your hotel in Antalya will occur at the scheduled time. We will transport you to the port of Demre where you will board a traditional Turkish boat to sail to the island of Kekova.

During the sail through the Mediterranean, you will discover the remnants of the ancient submerged city of Simena. You will learn about the legends surrounding this area and have the opportunity to disembark for a closer view. A stop at Burc Bay for swimming will also be included.

Upon returning to the mainland, we will proceed to the town of Demre and visit the ancient city of Mira to explore the amphitheatre and rock-cut tombs.

For lunch, you will enjoy a traditional Turkish dish. Afterward, the tour continues to the church of St. Nicholas, where you can learn about its connection to Father Christmas. You may enter the church at your own leisure.

The tour will conclude with your return to your hotel in Antalya, with an estimated duration of 10 hours from pickup.
