With this tour through the vineyards of Mutigny, we'll discover the best-kept secrets of one of the most famous products in France: champagne.

Options

When booking, you can choose between four different options. All of them start from Place de la Mairie and include a tour of the Mutigny vineyards with a guide in English and French.

Tour with wine tasting (1.5 hours)

This guided tour through the vineyards of Mutigny will take us on a 2-kilometer long path called Sentier du vigneron, where we'll discover the importance of wine in France. We'll also take in views of the Marne Valley, belonging to the former Champagne-Ardenne region. Along the way, we'll reveal facts such as the effect of phylloxera on the vine and how this place became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the end of the tour, we'll taste a local wine.

Tour with champagne tasting, 2 glasses (2 hours)

This guided tour follows the same itinerary as the previous one. After discovering the environment and different preservation techniques, we'll enjoy two glasses of French champagne.

Tour with champagne tasting, 3 glasses (2 hours)

We'll discover many facts about champagne, including that in 2015, 312 million bottles were sold. After the walk, we'll taste three types of champagne from the region.

Tour with wine tasting & lunch (2 hours)

This option starts with a guided tour of the Mutigny vineyards and ends with a tasting of a local wine accompanied by a picnic consisting of a Parisian sandwich, a salad, and a dessert.
