Sólheimajökull Glacier Kayak Tour

At the selected time, we'll meet at the Sólheimajökull glacier parking lot. Once we're all gathered, we'll provide an orientation to learn how to properly handle the kayaks.

We'll equip ourselves with suitable clothing for this trip to the Sólheimajökull glacier and then enter the boats to begin our glacier adventure. We'll paddle through the lagoon while enjoying the natural features of Iceland.

Paddling among the icebergs that have broken off from Sólheimajökull, we'll discover the history of this natural site in the south of Iceland and learn more about glaciers while exploring the area.

After spending two and a half hours aboard the kayaks and observing the glacier from this unique perspective, we'll return to the starting point to conclude this activity.
