7-Day Safari to National Parks in Kenya

The natural savanna and wildlife. These are the key ingredients of this 7-day safari to Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Hell's Gate and Lake Nakuru. We'll visit 4 national parks and spot lions, elephants, rhinos, and many other species.

Tour Details

Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara National Reserve

Pickup from Nairobi Airport or your hotel to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Stop at the Great Rift Valley for a 10 to 15-minute break for photos. After lunch, start a 2-hour game drive featuring elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, gazelles, and cheetahs. Evening free after buffet dinner.

Day 2: Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, continue exploring Maasai Mara. Picnic lunch in the reserve, then visit the site of the yearly wildebeest migration. Return for dinner as the sun sets.

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast followed by optional visit to aMaasai Mara village. Drive to Lake Nakuru with a lunch stop. Rest of the day free to enjoy local facilities.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

Explore Lake Nakuru during a 3-4 hour game drive, see flamingos, rhinos, and giraffes. Lunch in the park, followed by a 1-hour boat ride at Lake Naivasha. Evening free for optional activities like visiting Crescent Island or horse riding.

Day 5: Hell's Gate - Amboseli National Park

Breakfast followed by a 40-minute drive to Hell's Gate National Park. Enjoy a bike tour or explore on foot. Lunch stop before driving to Amboseli National Park for dinner and rest.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park

Morning game-viewing drive, then breakfast. Full day of wildlife exploration, searching for zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and hippos. Picnic lunch in the park followed by dinner and overnight at camp.

Day 7: Amboseli National Park - Nairobi

Early morning game drive for about 2 hours, followed by breakfast and pack up. Then a 4-hour drive back to Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
