7-Day Safari to National Parks in Kenya

Tour Details

Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara National Reserve

Pickup from Nairobi Airport or your hotel to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Stop at Great Rift Valley for a break and photos. After lunch, start a 2-hour game drive to see elephants, buffalo, wildebeest, gazelles, and cheetahs, followed by a buffet dinner. Evening free for rest.

Day 2: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Breakfast followed by exploration of Maasai Mara. Spot Africa's Big Five: Lions, Cheetahs, African Elephant, Buffalo, and Black Rhino. Midday picnic lunch in the reserve and a visit to the yearly wildebeest migration site. Return to camp for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast and option for a visit to a Maasai village before departing for Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch en route; afternoon free for rest and on-site facilities.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

Breakfast followed by a 3-4 hour game drive through Lake Nakuru, home to flamingos, rhinos, and giraffes. Picnic lunch in the park, then travel to Lake Naivasha for a 1-hour boat ride. Optional activities include visiting Crescent Island or horse riding. Dinner and overnight in Lake Naivasha.

Day 5: Hell's Gate - Amboseli National Park

Early breakfast, then a 40-minute drive to Hell's Gate National Park. Bike tour or walking options to explore landscapes and geological features. Lunch before departing for Amboseli National Park. Arrive and enjoy dinner, evening free.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park

Morning game drive followed by breakfast. Full day in Amboseli searching for zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and hippos with a picnic lunch along the way. Return to camp for dinner.

Day 7: Amboseli National Park - Nairobi

Final early morning game drive lasting about 2 hours. Breakfast and then a 4-hour drive back to Nairobi, concluding the safari.
