Description

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

We will commence our journey by picking you up from your Nairobi hotel or a predetermined meeting location at the scheduled time. Once everyone is present, we will embark on a scenic drive of roughly 4.5 hours towards Maasai Mara, a celebrated national park.

The route will take us across the stunning terrains of the Great Rift Valley, where we may encounter lions, elephants, and cheetahs. A brief stop will be made at a scenic viewpoint to capture some remarkable photographs, allowing around 10 to 15 minutes for this purpose, before proceeding to our campsite. Upon arrival, we will settle in and enjoy a lunch to refuel our energy.

As dusk approaches, we will take to the road again for a sunset game drive in this magnificent reserve. After an exhilarating 2-hour journey through the area, we will return to our camp for a delightful buffet dinner.

Day 2: Maasai Mara

Welcome to another morning in Maasai Mara! We will start with a nourishing breakfast before climbing back into our vehicle for an action-packed full-day safari.

During our exploration of the reserve, our goal will be to spot the iconic “Big Five”. As we navigate through sprawling landscapes, we will keep a lookout for various lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, elephants, and African buffalos. Additionally, we will gain insight into the notable migratory patterns of the wildlife that graces this region.

A picnic lunch will be enjoyed around midday, after which we will continue our safari adventure. Later in the day, we will stop by the site of the annual wildebeest migration and observe crocodiles and hippos basking along the banks of the Mara River. Notably, more than 1.5 million animals make this annual trek from the Serengeti to Maasai Mara in search of fresh grazing grounds and water.

As evening falls, we will head back to our camp, where dinner awaits. The remainder of the night is yours to relax and prepare for our exciting final day.

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast, we will depart from our camp and begin our journey back to Nairobi, taking with us unforgettable memories of our safari experience.

En route to the city, we will stop for a provided lunch before returning you to your accommodation in the afternoon.

Pickup Info

This safari includes pickup from hotels located in downtown Nairobi. For those staying outside this area, we will meet at the central City Market. If alternative pickup arrangements are necessary, such as from the airport or other locations, an additional fee will apply.
