Join us on a 9-day tour from Nairobi to explore northern Kenya, including Samburu, Isiolo, Marsabit, Loiyangalani, Ngurunit, and North Horr, showcasing the country's tribal heritage.

Tour Highlights

Day 1: Nairobi - Isiolo

Arrive in Nairobi, where we will meet you at the airport or hotel lobby. Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn before traveling to Isiolo, passing through fertile farmlands and enjoying views of Mount Kenya. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Isiolo.

Day 2: Isiolo - Marsabit National Park

After breakfast, depart Isiolo for Marsabit National Park, encountering varied terrains. Lunch at the hotel precedes an afternoon safari to explore the park's wildlife and a hike to Lake Paradise. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Marsabit National Park - North Horr

Enjoy an early breakfast, then explore Marsabit's desert area before heading to North Horr, stopping at the Kalacha Oasis. Meet the Gabra Tribe and learn about their culture. Lunch at the hotel, followed by a hike up a sand dune. Dinner at the lodge.

Day 4: North Horr - Loiyangalani

After breakfast, hike through rocky terrain concluding at Lake Turkana. Lunch at the lodge and visit the El Molo tribe to observe their lifestyle and fishing techniques. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 5: Loiyangalani

Visit a Turkana village for cultural insights post-breakfast. Return to the hotel for lunch, then head to the Desert Museum to learn about local traditions. Dinner back at the hotel.

Day 6: Loiyangalani - Ngurunit

After breakfast, visit the Wind Power project, then lunch at the lodge in Ngurunit. Afternoon camel ride along the Ngurunit River and through Rendille village. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Ngurunit - Samburu National Reserve

Depart Ngurunit after breakfast for Samburu National Reserve. Anticipate arrival by midday for lunch, followed by an afternoon safari. Evening sunset viewing and return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 8: Samburu National Reserve

Dedicate this day to an in-depth safari in Samburu. Post-lunch, visit a Samburu village to learn about their culture and traditions, followed by dinner at the lodge.

Day 9: Samburu National Reserve - Nairobi

After breakfast, return to Nairobi, arriving at JKI Airport around 4 PM.

Flight Schedules
