Guided Tour of Guilin

Having picked you up from your hotel in Guilin, we'll begin our sightseeing tour of the city on board an air-conditioned vehicle. Our first stop will be the Reed Flute Cave, a spectacular natural rock formation that has been attracting visitors since the Tang Dynasty over 1,200 years ago! As we enter this rocky labyrinth and marvel at its colorful illuminations, the guide will reveal how the cave got its name.

Next, we will continue our tour along the banks of the Li River, where we will see the famous Elephant Trunk Hill. While strolling through the park surrounding this intriguing rock formation, we will have the opportunity to view the historic Puxian Pagoda and admire the panoramic views of Guilin.

Following this, we will visit one of Guilin's key attractions: the Sun and Moon Pagodas located in Shan Lake. These twin temples are iconic sights of the city, especially at night, when they are beautifully illuminated.

You'll then have free time in Guilin's main restaurant district to renew your energy with a delicious meal of local delicacies (not included). After your meal, we will head west to explore the traditions, culture, and street fashion of Guilin.

To conclude this comprehensive sightseeing tour, we'll visit Fubo Hill Park, also known as Wave-Subduing Hill, which dramatically rises above the Lijiang River. The park features a temple and a cave adorned with carved stone Buddha sculptures - a fascinating visit!
