Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet next to the Fountain of Neptune at the Piazza del Municipio. From here, we'll begin a guided tour of Naples to explore the noble and elegant past of the capital of Campania while admiring its iconic monuments.

After visiting the Naples City Hall, we will proceed to the Castel Nuovo, dating back to the 13th century, discussing its history of sackings and battles and legends about its dungeons, as we take in its triumphal arch and connections to European royal houses.

Next, we will stop at the St. Charles Theater to view its Neoclassical façade and learn about the great fire of 1816. We will then explore representative examples of the Belle Époque, including the Umberto I Gallery and the Gambrinus café.

The tour will continue through Piazza del Plebiscito, where we will see the Royal Palace, the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, and sculptures of former Neapolitan kings.

Finally, we will walk along Via Toledo and through the Spanish Quarter, admiring its unique buildings and shops, before concluding at the most emblematic underground station of Naples after a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
