Workshop Details

At your selected time during booking, we will meet at Via delle Zite 30 in the historic centre of Naples for a 2-hour Italian pasta workshop.

Upon arrival, we will meet the chef who will guide us through the culinary experience. We'll discover the basic ingredients for homemade pasta.

Following the chef's instructions, we will prepare the pasta and learn techniques to achieve perfect texture. You can choose to prepare either stuffed ravioli or tagliatelle.

After cooking, we will learn to make two sauces that complement the pasta. Once complete, we will enjoy a meal featuring our creations, which includes two dishes and a drink.

After the 2-hour workshop, we will conclude outside the restaurant, having acquired skills in Italian pasta preparation.
