Workshop Details

At the time you choose when booking, we'll meet up at Via delle Zite 30, in the heart of the historic centre of Naples, where we'll spend the next 2 hours enjoying a fun Italian pasta workshop.

As soon as we enter the restaurant, we'll meet the chef who will guide us through the culinary experience. Once the presentations have been made, we'll discover the basic ingredients for making homemade pasta.

Following the chef's explanations, we'll prepare the pasta and learn the techniques for achieving the right texture. You can choose to prepare stuffed ravioli or tagliatelle.

After cooking, we'll learn how to make two sauces to accompany the pasta. Once everything is ready, we will taste our creations, which include two dishes and a drink.

After a 2-hour workshop, we'll conclude outside the restaurant, having gained expertise in Italian pasta.
