Workshop Details

At the time you choose when booking, we'll meet at Via delle Zite 30, in the historic centre of Naples, for a 2-hour Italian pasta workshop.

Upon entering the restaurant, we'll meet the chef who will guide us through the culinary experience. After introductions, we'll discover the basic ingredients for making homemade pasta.

Following the chef's explanations, we'll prepare the pasta and learn tips for achieving the perfect texture. You can choose to prepare either stuffed ravioli or tagliatelle.

After cooking, we'll learn to make two sauces that will complement the pasta. Once everything is ready, we'll enjoy our creations, with two dishes and a drink included.

After the 2-hour workshop, we'll say goodbye outside the restaurant, having become skilled in Italian pasta preparation.
