Pompeii, Herculaneum & Vesuvius Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet in Piazza Garibaldi in Naples, from where we'll start our excursion to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius.

The first stop will be Pompeii, which you'll visit at your own leisure with an audio guide in English. During the two-hour visit, you'll learn about the inhabitants of Pompeii before the eruption of Vesuvius by visiting significant sites including the House of the Faun, the House of the Tragic Poet, and the thermal baths with original frescoes.

Next, we'll reach Herculaneum, where you'll have an hour and a half to explore the archaeological site. You can visit the House of the Corinthian Atrium, view the frescoes of the House of the Deer, or enter the thermal baths of the Forum.

The last stop will be Vesuvius, where you'll have two hours to climb its crater and take in the panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples.

After exploring the Vesuvius area, we'll begin our return journey to Naples 8 hours after the start time.
