Meeting your guide at the Porta Grande of the Capodimonte Museum, your private tour will begin with an overview of the history of the museum, located in the Palace of Capodimonte, built by Bourbon King Charles in a forest north of Naples.
After the introduction, you'll visit the first floor, home to the Borgia and Farnese Collections, featuring masterpieces by Botticelli, El Greco, Rubens, and Van Dyck, and also the Porcelain Gallery and old Armoury.
Next, proceed to the second floor, where you can see the National Gallery, notable for its paintings from the Neapolitan School, alongside contemporary art exhibitions.
Lastly, explore modern art and photography on the third floor before your two-hour private guided tour concludes.
