This excursion to Rose Island from Nassau includes exploration of unique wildlife such as pigs. After selecting your pickup location in Nassau during booking, the group will board a boat to travel to Rose Island. While the Exuma Islands are popular for swimming pigs, there are other nearby locations where these animals can be viewed. Guests can take photos and learn about the pigs' lifestyle in their natural habitat. The boat ride will include views of various islands and cays, such as Green Cay, where sea turtles may be spotted. Weather permitting, a brief visit to the island will occur, followed by snorkeling with vibrant fish at Rose Island. Guests will encounter friendly pigs on the beach and can enjoy a traditional local lunch. The tour lasts about 4 hours before returning to the starting point.
