Sierra Baguales Hiking Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Natales at 7:30 am and set off towards the Sierra Baguales.

Upon arrival, we'll enjoy coffee and cookies before starting our hiking adventure. After breakfast, we'll take a short half-hour walk to the Irene Lagoon, where we can observe the Andean condor and discuss the colonization of Chilean Patagonia.

Next, we'll take the bus to the starting point of the second hiking route through the Sierra Baguales, covering 12.5 kilometers (7.8 miles) to an area with marine fossils over 50 million years old, providing evidence of its underwater past.

We will then ascend to a viewpoint at 1200 meters (4,000 feet) above sea level, where we can enjoy the views of the snowcapped peaks and valleys, accompanied by a picnic lunch including a sandwich, a piece of fruit, a cereal bar, nuts, and water.

Finally, we'll return to Puerto Natales, arriving at your hotel by 6:30 pm.
