Torres del Paine National Park 5-Day Hiking Tour

The Torres del Paine National Park and the Valle del Francés are highlights in a 5-day hiking tour in Chile's Patagonia.

Hiking Tour Details

Day 1: Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine

Pickup from your hotel in Puerto Natales will precede our bus journey to Laguna Amarga, followed by a minibus ride to the Torres del Paine National Park Welcome Centre. We will start our hike with a picnic-style lunch en route to the Base de las Torres viewpoint. The hike covers 13.6 miles (22 kilometers), ending at a camping site for dinner and overnight stay, featuring a physically demanding segment of 24km (14.9 miles).

Day 2: Torres del Paine

After breakfast, we will hike around 14km (8.69 miles) in the national park, reaching the Cuernos del Paine geological formation before continuing toward Nordenskjöld Lake for dinner and overnight at a lakeside encampment.

Day 3: Torres del Paine - Valle del Francés - Torres del Paine

We will hike approximately 12km (7.45 miles) to the Valle del Francés viewpoint after breakfast. Following a picnic snack, we will return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Torres del Paine - Grey Glacier

After breakfast, we'll hike 11km (6.8 miles) to Grey Glacier. The day includes an optional kayaking tour on Lake Grey or a walk on the suspension bridge. Dinner and overnight stay are at the camp.

Day 5: Grey Glacier - Torres del Paine - Puerto Natales

Breakfast at the camp precedes a hike to the refuge. An optional 30-minute catamaran ride on Lake Pehoé is available, alongside a lakeside stroll. We will return to Puerto Natales around 10 pm.
