Bodyboard Lesson in Nazaré

We'll meet at your selected time at the surf school located in Avenida da Republica in Nazaré. Bodyboarding, also called boogie boarding, is a fun water sport similar to surfing, but instead of standing on the board, you ride the waves on your belly. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle. We will teach you how to use all the bodyboarding equipment on Nazaré beach, where we will also do some warm-up exercises.

After getting ready on the sand, we'll put everything we've learned into practice in the waters of Nazaré beach with our bodyboards. This area of the Atlantic is known for having lots of great waves, providing ample opportunities to catch them. You'll experience the adrenaline rush of bodyboarding.

At the end of the hour and a half lesson, we'll return to the surf school to return all the bodyboarding equipment.
