Bodyboard Lesson in Nazaré

We'll meet at your selected time at the surf school located in Avenida da Republica in Nazaré. Are you ready to face the biggest waves in Portugal on a bodyboard?

Bodyboarding, also called boogie boarding, is a fun water sport similar to surfing, where you ride the waves on your belly. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle. We'll teach you how to use all the bodyboarding equipment on Nazaré beach, including some simple warm-up exercises.

After preparing on the sand, we'll practice in the waters of Nazaré beach with our bodyboards. This area is known for having lots of great waves, providing ample opportunities to catch them. You'll experience the adrenaline rush of bodyboarding!

At the end of the hour and a half lesson, we'll return to the surf school to return the bodyboarding equipment.
