Bodyboard Lesson in Nazaré

We'll meet at your selected time at the surf school located in Avenida da Republica in Nazaré. Bodyboarding, also called boogie boarding, is a fun water sport similar to surfing, where you ride the waves on your belly. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle. We will provide all necessary bodyboarding equipment on Nazaré beach, where we will start with some simple warm-up exercises.

After warm-up, we will practice in the waters of Nazaré beach, known for its great waves, providing plenty of opportunities to catch them. At the end of the hour and a half lesson, we will return to the surf school to return all the bodyboarding equipment.
