We'll meet at your selected time at the surf school located in Avenida da Republica in Nazaré. Are you ready to face the biggest waves in Portugal on a bodyboard?

Bodyboarding, also known as boogie boarding, is a water sport similar to surfing, where you ride waves on your belly. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle. We'll teach you how to use all the bodyboarding equipment on Nazaré beach and conduct simple warm-up exercises.

After preparing on the sand, we'll practice what we've learned in the waters of Nazaré beach with our bodyboards. This area of the Atlantic is known for having great waves, providing numerous opportunities to catch them. You'll experience the adrenaline rush of bodyboarding!

At the end of the hour and a half lesson, we'll return to the surf school to give back all the bodyboarding equipment.
