Antonini Museum Tour + Pottery and Gold Workshops

We will pick you up at your hotel in Nazca at the time of your choice and take you to the Antonini Archaeological Museum, an excellent location to learn about recent discoveries made in the ancient ceremonial center of Cahuachi.

For one and a half hours, we will guide you through the museum's different rooms, showcasing the Nazca culture's collection, including musical instruments, funeral objects, models of the Nazca Lines, and trophy heads. We will explain the archaeological process in this part of Peru, where Cahuachi plays a vital role.

After the museum, we will proceed to the ceramic workshop of Mr. Tobi, a craftsman from Nassau, who will demonstrate traditional techniques. Then, we will visit a gold workshop, where miners will explain their work in extracting gold using methods that date back to colonial times.

We will conclude the tour by returning to your hotel after a two-hour experience.
