Buggy Adventure and Sandboarding in the Usaka Desert
At the designated time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Nazca and embark on an exhilarating buggy ride into the stunning Usaka desert.
Your first destination will be the Ocongalla Aqueducts, notable for their unique construction style. These deep aqueducts are still operational today, showcasing incredible engineering from the past.
Next, we head towards the Cahuachi pyramids, known as the ancient capital of the Nazca civilization. You will enjoy a short exploration of this important ceremonial hub before proceeding to a cemetery that has long been plagued by grave robbers. Here, you will encounter skeletal remains that date back over 1,600 years, remnants of the Nazca culture that are sure to leave a lasting impression.
Continuing our buggy expedition, we'll navigate through the Usaka dunes, a breathtaking natural landscape where you can experience the thrill of riding over the beautiful sandy formations of the Peruvian desert.
We’ll pause at the summit of one of the Usaka dunes, where you'll receive all the equipment needed for an hour of sandboarding. You will have the chance to ?? with your board down the smaller and larger dunes, promising an unforgettable experience!
Your remarkable four-hour journey will conclude as we return you to your hotel in Nazca.
