Buggy and Sandboarding in the Usaka Desert

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Nazca and set off in a buggy to the Usaka desert.

Our first stop will be at the Ocongalla Aqueducts, constructed in depth and still in use today. Next, we'll visit the pyramids of Cahuachi, the ancient capital of the Nazca culture, where we'll take a brief tour of this ceremonial center and proceed to a cemetery that has been targeted by grave robbers. Here you'll find skeletal remains over 1,600 years old, belonging to the Nazca culture.

We will cross the dunes of Usaka, where you'll ride up and down these sand formations. Following this, we will stop at the top of a Usaka dune, providing all necessary materials for 1 hour of sandboarding. You will be able to glide over the small and large dunes.

We will conclude the day by returning to your hotel in Nazca after a four-hour tour.
